Each Recipe kit contains two separate sachets, one of powders spices and another of seeds.
The seeds blends should be crushed slightly to realise the goodness and flavours to season the oil. We recommend sunflower oil or one cal spray if you’re following a healthy diet plan. Ensure the cooking oil is hot to roast the spices. This will give you deep flavours into your food quickly without the needs of lots of salt.
When the spices have been roasted, add your chopped onions fresh garlic, chillies and ginger if required as not all of out recipe kits contain this. Allow the onions to brown.
Having reduced the above down, add a tin of plum tomatoes. This will be the sauce of any fresh Curry. At this stage add fresh produce or meat and add the final powdered spices and allow it to simmer. If required, garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
Enjoy your fresh, healthy and authentic Indian curry with no additives or preservatives.
(Note: Not all of our recipes are the same, this is a step by step for which all of our recipe kits generally follow, each of our products are individual from one another and contain the correct method tailored to that specific recipe kit inside of the packaging.)
